Why did we start Avelle?

We're Daria and Richard — a strategist and an engineer who kept watching the same story repeat across BC: owners answering calls at dinner, chasing invoices at midnight, losing good leads simply because nobody could reply fast enough.

Meanwhile, big companies were building custom AI around exactly how they operate. Everyone else was being sold one-size-fits-none subscriptions — tools that demo beautifully and then sit unused.
